  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks.   Iman, who greeted me upon my evening check-in was an absolute gem throughout my stay - very knowledgeable about traveling in all of Asia, and willing to take time to talk. Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.
