Located in Morib, the resort is a 15-minute drive to Tanjung Sepat (Chinatown). Sungai Durian Jetty and Jugra Hill are a 30-minute drive away. It takes approximately 45-minutes to travel from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the Low Cost Carrier Terminal by car. Gold Coast Morib Water Theme Park Resort has a 24-hour reception, which provides luggage storage facilities. A fitness centre is also available for guests to work-out. The room is nice and comfy.. The foods are nice.. The cafe is clean.. The beach is well taken care of.. The water theme park is ok and plenty of space to accomodate large crowds.. Love the water theme park especially my 8 yrs son....eventhough not so big, but it's really nice..and for me n husband we love the suite...big n so enjoyable wih the jacuzzi.. The water theme park was fantastics coz it is located surrounding the premises. And appreciates with the reception staff who allocate our room facing the theme park.

The wind at the beach is strong, it is very relaxing to sit by the beach. the hotel room is so nice and comfort. but when you open the theme park to the outsider which is not the in house guest it is to crowded. Two plus one. I meant charge for hotel and theme park. I would suggest for in house guest additional should get 50% off for theme park. relax & rejuvenate .indulge in a romantic honeymoon,family vacation and you might just find yourself savouring every minute of it. Could access the facilities. Water theme park free passes. Awesome view of beach. the theme park very suitable for children. area with green overview. the rooms were very big. I did book tru letsbookhotel.com for 2 nites but ended up by just 1 night because the reception staff told me that they couldn't accept didn't allow us to stay for another night because they want to coupe in other booking. This is unacceptable and they turn us down just like that. I never experienced this before. Pls look into it seriously as it gave bad impression to letsbookhotel.com. The water theme park value for money. Staff tried to clean or dry the floor as frequent as they can. The idea of having theme park is good. suitable for family for relax.. Theme park. The theme park was ok. Clean, baby kids friendly andthe jacuzi. the food. There is no room service for foods.. Have to go out from the hotel at least 10km to find food stalls.. The parking space is not well taken care of.. Some building are still under construction, seems like staying in the city.. Theres no signage to check out at the counter, have to check out at the same area with check in. The pavement is slippery from the hotel room lifts to the water theme park. The lobby's floor getting wet all the time...and smell not so good like in the toilet..need improvement on cleanliness. Buffet charges for children is a bit expensive. the smell came from the factory near the by the hotel. Too long to check in. More than 45 minutes. no............ The bed was sandy. Take a long time to check in. No baby floats at the theme park for rent. Under-staffed. Very late check-in (mine at 4:30pm) waiting for room to be clean, I guess not enough housekeeper. Dirty room and toilet. Even found cigarette butt on the floor. The room generally was dusty especially the wall near the bathroom window and the cupboard. There was a bad odor/smell from the bathroom outlet. Upon using the sauna and releasing the water, the whole bathroom floor was wet/flooded which I believe is due to poor drainage system. We didn't get the room facing the water park. Water park too small. I asked for extra blankets & pillow which never come. Breakfast is terrible because it was raining & the place was so chaotic. Management is poor. Room cleaningnes. Bad smell from the nearby small factory at night time, breakfast was ok but did not have many choice, cleanliness for the water park since some of the users spitting and threw cigarette butt into swimming pool. My son got several itchy red spot on his legs after swims (maybe his skin is very sensitive). breakfast the food is nice but when heavy rain and thunderstorm become havoc. Food is to bad..waste my money.. No entertainment for young people no ATM no options to go out too many people on breakfast No Internet in the room. waiting for check-in. Food.....terrible foods served during breakfast. So slow to replenish the empty buffet line. Guest have to wait in order to eat. bathroom water flow bad as water not smooth flow on the floor. Smell in the hotel area. Customer service very slowly.. chek in and check out... too crowded long queue to check-in another long queue to take room key room not ready after check-in (unclean) lobby too warm drinks not enough (breakfast) water pressure too low. breakfast need to improve service. Breakfast station limited althought the resort are fully packed. not much you can shop as a souvenir. poor Management. food not nice.. cleaning have to improve. our room bed sheet have very bad smell. cannot found any attention to contact housekeeping dept. but after complain the staff have help us to change a new bed sheet between 10min. The room is dirty and not clean at all smelly and fan not working. I was very dissappointed on the breakfast. The whether is not good for that day, but the hotel supposed to prepare the alternative way, that morning was very heavy rain and the food was wet. The reception (front liner) should improve more...this is my third vacation at gold coast morib but the quality of the front line is still the same..they are damn slowwwwwwwww.... Breakfast is terrible. All the bathroom facilities spoil. Jacuzzi is not suitable for all rooms especially Malaysian,better just bath tab. no telephone connection to customer service...no newspaper serve... everything except what i describe on what i like section. the over all service the facilities the cleaniness . The staff not well grooming Not enough facilities provided for a si called studio suite Staff not friendly and do not know thier role Cant provide answer or solutions to guests Need to improve overall.
