The setting and open nature of the reception area was very welcoming. Front door staff were very responsive and welcoming. In addition there was a selection of restaurants under the hotel offering alternative eating options. -

Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.
The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.

Great breakfast and variety adjusted a little each day.
Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow selection available.
Great pools and huge gym.
Close to a shopping mall and a few eateries down stairs.
Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies.

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Easy accessabillity to all surrounding placeses, excellent sevice provided by the entire staff cleanliness and value of manoy. I highly recommend this hotel. - everything was great. It was a delightful place to stay in and this hotel is located on the best spot of KL right next to the Twin Towers

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San
