1. Huge swimming pool for adult. 2. Great location as it located nearby the airport and in between the junction towards Cenang beach, Kuah town and the rest of the hotspots. 3. Got playroom and swimming pool for kids. 4. Private beach. 5. Gym. Room rates is quite expensive but the environment peaceful and modern rooms. While prices is excluding breakfast it is worth some extensive pool and the most important facing the beach and ocean .
todo comentarios » Pool and the beach. The pool is amazing, as the hotel looks west, and the infinity pool is located correctly you may have a great view of the sunset from the pool. Rooms are really large and comfortable. Staff is helpful, even when we request ice for the whisky we brought from outside they did. Location is near the airport. Hotel is relaxing, and it is really calm and quite at night.Pool is very big and good.The rooms are really clean. The hotel meets the value for money, close to the airport. After traveling around the island come back to a quiet place.Nice big pool. The facilities are ok and this could be a great resort, however they must get rid of their Malaysian attitude. cleanliness and space of each room. The big swimmingpool and the gym. close to the airport. Very large room (premier suite), large and lovely infinity pool, 24 hours gymnasium. Near to airport and easy to get public transport (taxi). Close to the airport,but a little far frome the ceneng beach.The pool is very large and clean. This hotel is very near to the Airport (5 min). The private beach is exclusive. nothing .. 1. No carpet in the hotel room (maybe due to its a beach hotel/resort). 2. Breakfast menu are the same everyday. 3. Slow action on any request made via phone call to operator or housekeeping. 4. No room service. 5. No covered walk way in between building if rain falls. 6. No spa. Room rates is excluding breakfast. I have been to cleaner hotels, the building needs a renewal, paint etc. but for the amount we pay it is quite good. Food and drink from the hotel is a bit expensive (but we got our drinks from the duty free shops of Langkawi and had them during sun set). Hotel location is remote and required a taxi to go everywhere, especially to go to restaurants or beach.Sea is dirty and muddy, not clean and clear as you expected, you can't swim. The sea is not for swimming, cloudy water and jellyfish. The lack of evening entertainment. Meager assortment of breakfast. Soap was on special request only (ridiculous and pathetic). There are two types of towels, the big bath towels and the pathetically small "face" towels, nothing in between (the "hand" towels). An empty mini bar!! A missing door latch which was never replaced even after several complaints. The price was extremely high. the location, far from everything. Far from main facilities, expensive compared to services provided. We reserved a room that should be on sea, but got room which has narrow vision to the sea. Beach was dangerous, I aproach the swimming, but sand moving, and anyone may die.. there's no alarm board. For the price being paid we expect better quality of services, room and resort condition. Lack of room decoration and maintenance - feel very bare and show sign of damages/disrepair. No room service. No 'please do not disturb' and 'please make up my room' sign at all. Staff is not very welcome to one night stay.Pool is closed very early. The room was not well clean, the furniture was not up to the standard, toilet slipper was not available, AC was not cooling, no nearest restaurants or shops. The restaurant is not fantastic and there is a foul smell when you walk to one of the blocks. The private beach is exclusive but no activities at all. The room condition needs upgrading and there are times they ran out of bathing towers after house cleaning!. Bad location, no free shuttle! The taxi is so expensive!!!! Especially not able to hanging out late, the taxi double rate after midnight!! Can't afford it!!!!. Dirty floors. Cups were not washed properly. Plates were lying on the floor outside of the hotel rooms for a few days, left there unattended. location, poor room condition, poor and lack of facilities, relatively expensive compare to the condition of the hotel, poor service skill of hotel staffs.
