I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.

Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient.
All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. -
Great location and excellent view of Namsan (and Seoul Tower) from the room. Nice, quiet and cozy. Will come back here again.

Well equipped hotel with the location not fae from historical city center. There are three good restaurants, sauna and other facilities for relax. Staff is professional and friendly. Room is big enough, clear and clean. -

Loved that they managed to offer free early check-in.
The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway).
Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help.
Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email.
Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.
