I enjoyed how the staff was very helpful in assisting me with items
that I personally forgot (IE:adapters). Also the amount I had paid
for my room was great! The room was cozy and had both Korean and

Everything in the hotel was much better than I was expecting, given the budget price that we paid. A perfect place for an over night stay if you don't qualify for accommodation provided by your airline and all you really want is a comfortable bed. Our room even came with a spa bath, sauna, and 300 TV channels. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A very good breakfast and an airport shuttle were provided, though you might need to call the hotel on arrival to be picked up at the airpo

I was a bit stressed due to Travel Agent error which found me without accom. The staff at The Best Western, even though not my first choice, exceeded my expectations in friendliness and fast efficient solving of my problem. Best Western will be hotel of choice on my next visit to Korea. -

The staff were very pleasant helpful letting us occupy the room early on the first day and a late departure on day two. The room was spacious and very clean. -

Super location via free airport bus. The room was massive, clean and
staff helpful. I read other reviews complaining about the lack of
English speaking staff, but I did not find that to be the case. Everyone
was very helpful. I also liked the fact there was a convenience store
