The hotel shuttle service is really great help for me and my wife as
first timer in Korea. It was very prompt. We only waited for about 10
minutes after we called from the airport. Similarly happened when we
checked out, the shuttle was there waiting to send us to the airport-It

The staff was extraordinary!!!! Kim and Yoon went above and beyond any customer service to be expected. The room was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable with extra amenities through out. I used this hotel for an overnight stay as my flight out to Russia was
the following day. The hotel provides a shuttle bus which picked me up
from Incheon Airport and took me in 15 minutes to the hotel. The room I
got was very big and comfortable. The hotel had good wifi and I had a
big tv and also a pc in my room. -
