  Ok, the hotel is perhaps a little tired cosmetically wise but apart from that I could not fault it (and even that is not a fault given the price and location). So that's really convenient. He is also very helpful and will give you a map and tell you some shopping and sight-seeing locations around the area. The location is 5 minutes away from the subway station but there is a bit of an up slope. Not much of an issue as there are no stairs so you can drag your luggage all the way.
