The hotel is in very very excellent location. After pass from JR Akihabara central exit , turn right , cross the road, you can see the hotel there. We spent the last night here. All luggages were sent to the airport the night before except for 1 backpack. So we have no problem with the limited space. The room is clean. Free WIFI in room. No cigare

I made reservation for my Japanese parents (in Tokyo for personnal reasons; we live abroad). They told me they had a great week here. The staff was convinient and very kind, and I can tell that when i call them and speak to them trhough, i thought they were very polite and professionnal. They loved the free amenities! The location is great, besides of course the price!

I enjoyed trying for the first time the "capsule"; it's
rare to find Capsule hotel for woman and this one is really great value
for money. Of course because there's a lot of people in one spare
big room, if some ones are noisy and no respectfull you can have some
difficult sleep but anyway it's so nice, clean and original that
it's really my favorite place for staying in Tokyo ! ANd the common
bathroom is so clean, so nice, with a big bath, and shampoo, and all for
free ! Towel as well and tea,

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had plenty of amenities including bath salts, hair gel, face scrub, face lotion and other women's amenities. Room was a bit small but reasonable for the price.
There was free Wi-Fi and in room LAN line. There's also a trouser press. We were impressed and very happy with our stay.

The hotel had a perfect location, nice amenities and very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The connection to all sights in Tokyo is brilliant because the Metro is just 2 min. by foot. Breakfast was included, which made it very convenient in the mornings. We were allowed to store our luggage on the last day after the check-out. Very nice stay!

Very friendly staff. Rooms are in excellent shape and sound insulation
is good. Conveniently, the rooms without a private shower still have
their own sink, and all rooms have a refrigerator. The private bath is
one of the nicest I've used in Japan and very relaxing after a long
day (although be sure to make a reservation ahead of time). Excellent
location just a few minutes' walk away from Minami-senju station;
easy access to all major jr and subway stops. I'd definitely stay
again next time I'

The location is very good. Ikebukuro is a busy scene. But Kimi Ryokan
you cant hear it. If you use the map on the homepage, you can find it in
about 10 minutes. The Staff was very friendly and spoke very good
english. Altough you cant cook your own meal, there is a microwave, a
little oven and a fridge. There are only two showers for every floor,

The place is very nice and the staff is very friendly and smiling all the time. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning really does work (had issues in the past with this). I definitely enjoyed my stay there and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great location close to Ueno park and also short distance to Keisei Ueno station where you can catch the skyliner to Narita airport.Travelled with my daughter and we had a twin room, with beautiful view over the pond and park. It was our first stay in Tokyo and I suppose that it is the best
location to stay if you're there for the city trip and city
discovery, it has an easy access to the Narita airport and shinkansen
express trains. The hotel is just in front of a beautiful park with the
lake full of lotuses. The only thing that we were afraid while we were
reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't
absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to
fulfill everything

This is a Lovely ryokan style hotel in Asakusa. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a lovley (green) tea set and Cold water supplied (I cheated by making black tea...). The baths on second floor aren't very big, but not crowded at all. We also had a bathroom in our room.

minutes walking..and near lots of restaurants and mini markets.. The
room is a bit small but since i'm an asian it doesn't matter at
all.. The staffs can't speak english but they're soo nice and
very helpful.. The room is clean.. They clean the room everyday
including changing the bed cover everyday.. The wi fi is good.. I was
staying at 8th floor but the wi fi signal was still good..

I loved the style of the hostel, I liked the atmosphere. The staff were
very friendly and helpful and it was very relaxed. I don't remember
there being very many brochures at reception but there were enough.
Khaosan hotels have a really good bar between them. Great for solo
travellers!

Very conveniently located to catch the skyliner to the Narita airport. I was afraid that it would be very noisy due to the proximity to the train station but it was not bad at all (room facing the other direction). The onsen is very nice, in contrast to some other places where I have stayed, you can use it in the evening and in the morning. -

The staff were polite, warm, and so very helpful.
