  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

  Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view.   The location. Was right in the mountains - perhaps on the back of a national park. 2 minute walk to falls and river. 5 minute drive to a blue lake. Staff spoke English sufficiently enough that we were comfortable with it. - Great sightseeing spots very close to the hotel. Hot spring.
