Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service.
We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer.
We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at Sapporo Grand hotel from Oct 31 to Nov 4. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views.
Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes.
Really recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great! Perfectly clean and very spacious. Recently renovated it seemed. Excellent indoor and outdoor Onsen and luckily a western oriented breakfast. Only thing I missed at breakfast was Yoghurt.
The kitchen had an induction stove and a large fridge with freezer. No problems stocking up on food for the whole week.

We really enjoyed our stay, there was one staff member in particular that went above and beyond for us making our stay very enjoyable, I believe his name was Goti (hopefully I got that right and he can get the recognition he deserves) Niseko is an awesome place and although the resort is quite far away from Kutchan the resorts shuttles make it easy. Because the resort is further away it makes it alot more peaceful at night especially wanting to relax after the big days and the onsens on site ar
