  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.... lo que la gente dice » The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb. - It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow.
