Hotel rooms are very very nice and really comfortable. Huge size, lovely bathrooms which makes for a great stay!
Okubu dori (main high street) has loads of little shops and supermarkets and some local restaurants to try

Clean, self contained appartment. Great for longer stays in that you can
prepare your own food or drinks. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station,
where all the action happens. Alternatively, right above Nishi Shinjuku
Gochome subway station.

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!
