it was clean and tidy place. breakfast it is ok, onsen inside of hotel is relaxing after a tiring day you can have relax there/if you know how to get there it is ok but if you dont it can be difficult.in hakone you can take a hakona day pass which you can use on buses cablecars and ropeway it is very convient /to go to hotel : TAKE A HAKONE TOZAN

The basic facilities provided are enough for budget travellers, like the hot water provided in every floor, nice pastries for breakfast including tea, coffee and juice. Share bathroom is very clean. The shutter bus provided is a plus as well. It is not easy to get dinner nearby so we took the advice from the other travellers, we got the bento or ate our dinner before we go back to the pension.

A real Japanese style ryokan. Their stuff is the best. They help me when my yukata was disappear from the public bath LOL. Also, my friend was forget his dust blower and the stuff was following us to Tonosawa station to returned it to him.

I did not expect Hot spring at all but they had hot spring in the hotel. Water was so good and I had great time at hot spring. Definitely I can recommend this place.

Even though I had to walk a little bit from bus stop to hotel(around 10min on foot) but if I ride on the bus I could access Hakone area.

The atmosphere in the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable. I love the public bath and massage chair in the room. The staff did not speak much English but we were able to communicate.

it was my first time to Japan and this was a grat experience as very typical and not western - slipers, tatami mats, paper walls, really cute. The best of all - private onsen. -

Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent
and helpful. The view of Mt. Fuji from our room and the dining area were
superb, and the reason for our trip. Fortunately the skies cleared just
long enough for us to catch a glimpse of the great icon. The onsen also
had a beautiful view, was very clean and a pleasant experience. We
stayed two days and ordered the dinner each evening, and we were
extremely pleased. There are not many places to dine nearby so I highly
recomme

Really felt at home here, the onsen was very relaxing and great they had both public and private bath options. We had both breakfasts (included) and dinners both nights we stayed and were excellent with much variety. It was close to the T bus stop and the ropeway. -
