  in general a great choice if one enjoys onsen in Japan. breakfast at Dormy Inn is fantastic. This one also offers a great breakfast plus nighttime ramen. Its location is great, near Akita Train station and downtown museums. I will definitely stay at Dormy Inn again when I return to Akita

  The hotel was cheap, alright for a stop-over. There was a coin laundry in the hotel - very convenient. The buffet breakfast was relatively inexpensive, but go early or it is all cold.
