Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

Beautifully located in the heart of Verona, near all the places you want to see and all nice fashion shops and 'piazzas' with cafes and restaurants, Residenza Borsari is a charming place to visit Verona. We started our stay with a glass of prosecco on the little balcony looking at the passing by people. Breakfast is served on the terrazza and you can talk to Luigi, the host, who will give you the best hints regarding the best foodie places in Verona. We will definitely come back:)

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning. The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

This hotel is perfect if you want to be a short distance from the busy city center of Verona. The hotel is updated, artistically pleasing, clean, and meticulously kept.
