I liked the nice attitude of the staff towards the clients and the central location of the guest house and the cleanliness of the room.
Different doors of different premises requiring a person at the front
desk on another premises to open - good for security but not convenient
when the person at the other premises was not at the front desk.
Breakfast was fine. Good running water, hot and cold. Very quiet,

I think the breakfast facility should be improved. There should be more variety of foods to be offered at breakfast.
Broken door on the shower. Running out of toilet paper. The shower was
too small, with no space to turn around let alone bend over - not good.
Room door left unlocked by housekeeping staff (dangerous). Twice towels
were taken by housekeeping staff and not replaced - that needs better
coordination.
