Fantastic quality of furniture and internal fittings. All very modern. The host was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Good proximity to Termini Station.

A little bit noisy due to it being next yo a tram line but tolerable.

The room we had was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The memory foam mattress was great. Nice staff.

This place is hard to find. It is located within an apartment building and you just have to find the name on the resident list. Some sort of street sign would be helpful. The street noise is considerable.

for my one-night staying - perfect location close to Termini train station and touristic bus stops, design, staff, great kitchen you can feel yourself at home; really nothing to complain; i'd make a week's stay there

The two room suite we had was great for our family. Lots of room, comfortable beds. Quiet inside. The girls at the desk were so great and helpful, from directions, to restaurant suggestions, to storing luggage. Very pleasant.

It is a bit bizarre when you arrive until you get in and to your floor. Looks a bit neglected in other parts of building. Our drivers did not like that part of town, but we came and went early and late. No big deal. The shower drains are, in fact, very slow as others have said.

Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated rooms! We were very impressed for the price and the location was ideal. Didn't have a problem finding it either since the reception sent an email prior to my arrival with a map and pictures, the receptionist was awesome and super helpful!

Shower flooded first night but receptionist came and temporarily fixed it herself asap as if was a Sunday and the handyman couldn't come till next day. Didn't have a problem rest of the stay.

The staff were very friendly and the apartment is in the perfect position..close to transport and very close in walking distance to all the sites. The units are spacious and modern,and kept very clean.

Good Location - 5minutes to Termini Station / 15 minutes to Colloseum Good Staff - the staff were very friendly and helpful with our planning of the trip. Good Facilities - Lovely little kitchen, where there was a fridge/freezer for your own use also fresh juice and a cake everyday laid out. Comfy Bed - Memory Foam bed and Pillows are amazing, best nights sleep. Free Breakfast - little croissant and choice of hot drink at local cafe was available and was a great start to our day WE WOULD 100% COME BACK HERE AGAIN

The Safe didn't work for the 3 days we were there. Shower wasn't completely hot every use. Also the bed sheets / towels were not changed during our stay.

We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully close to Termini Station but far enough away to have more economical eating facilities. The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to visit all the sites so this was ideally situated to get around

The air-conditioner didnt function due to end winter / early spring. We have to open the window if it is warm, a bit noisy if open the window.

The friendly, warm, and informative welcome upon arrival. Facilities were of really good standard with off set kitchen & fridge a bonus. Location for transport from / to the airport and around Rome were superb for Metro and buses to all the sights.

Only one slight criticism was the air con on occasions as room was hot in evening upon sleeping. Visit was in April.

I've had two wonderful stays at Casa di Eddy. I had a different room each time and both were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen area is great, with a fridge in which you can put your own food, and delicious tarts laid out for you to tuck into when you like. The owners are also super welcoming.

The staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and they had lots of good ideas on what attractions would interest us. The decor was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The location was great. It is close to the railway station and within walking distance to many attractions. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Casa Di Eddy to all travellers.

Furniture and design of the room was beautiful, like shown in the pictures. Close to the train station.

They charged twice my credit card and made it very difficult to return the money.
