Everything. It was a perfect choice for our summer holiday. The staff was very nice. We booked a double room and received a triple room.
One girl at the reception speaks very good English and gave us good recommendations about what to do in Rimini.
We will be back :) -

I hope to visit this hotel again and stay longer, - We had a warm welcome and the staff were so helpful. Sadly we had problems with our hire car - when we had checked out and the staff could not have been more helpful in aiding us. A big thanks to them we were speedily on our way and they were so helpful in bringing that about.

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Rimini close to the beach and to the port. There are restaurants in the naborhood, if more restaurants or beaches are needed it is convenient to thake the ferry over the channel, to the south part of Rimini with even more facilities. The staff was extremely nice and everybody seemed to be happy

... lo que la gente dice » tipo de hubas, manzana, pera, naranjas ... de lujo - La adecuación más que satisfactoria en la relación calidad/precio, que en Italia, y en especial en sitios como Rímini, es muy difícil de encontrar. Y algo más: una amabilidad y generosidad en cantidad de detalles (cosas que me encantan o que necesito, y que casi nunca encuentro en un hotel de esta categoría incluso en España) que te hacen sentirte muy cómodo y a gusto.

Cuando llegas y ves el hotel por fuera, parece realmente el hotel quehas elegido para hospedarte. Eso es lo único bueno - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.
