The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Es un lugar con mucho encanto y tranquilidad, muy familiar y con una refrescante y relajante piscina. Estuvimos dos días y no salimos de allí. La familia que lo lleva es un encanto. Nos recibieron con una botella de vino blanco frío, que estaba delicioso. Un autentico lugar de Toscana.

Yo iba a una fiesta en Pitigliano, y el lugar me quedaba muy cerca. Me maravillo el entorno y lo bien cuidada y renovada que esta la propiedad. Muy buena la recepcion, a pesar de que era la unica huesped que llegaba esa tarde.

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere »
which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of
furniture is in grea

Excellent value for money. A well equipped kitchen with 2 separate bedrooms, and Massimo was helpful and available. Very easy to locate off the autostrada, and few minutes walk into the beautiful centre of Pistoia.
We stayed overnight but would certainly return for a longer period.
A very practical choice for a couple or a family. -
