The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

Excellent facility, very nice and customer oriented staff, great views around the house, private pool with possibility of refreshment, good place to start your sightseeing tours for Tuscany and Chianti area (located between Siena and Firenze, few kilometers from the autostradale). Spacious appartments, good breakfast. Wifi was even accesible in the room and for free. This facility is also convenient for families with small childrens, very quiet environment. We definitely will visit this residen
