Our hosts Carmen & Angelo were fantastic and made us feel most welcome from the minute we arrived. Room very comfortable and easy access to Mt Etna from Trecastagni. Breakfast was excellent.

2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

- Excelent staff, very helpful and friendly. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. They also took us to the port by car.

Borgo San Rocco is a truly magical place. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and we felt at home instantly. The staff and owners are so friendly, and helpful they make you feel a very welcome guest in their beautiful resort that they love as much as we did. Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

Te sientes realmente en Sicilia. Las vistas son espectaculares: el mar atu derecha y a tu izquierda la grandeza del etna. El personal essimpatiquisimo. This hotel is a small paradise. The hotel only has six rooms. Each of them are very private with each their own terrace. The best thing is the main terrace which has stunning views to the sea and stromboli in good weather. The hotel has no swimming pool so it is indeed very quiet.
