What we read in other comments was definitely true. The appartement was excellent and very clean and the hosts Maurizio and Cettina very friendly and helpful. What a delightful surprise this was, from when Sara first came out to
greet us til she saw us off. This is a family-run hotel and they all
were pleasant and worked to make our one night stay very enjoyable.
We'd originally thought we might go to town for dinner but instead

I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May
2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.
We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. - Excelent staff, very helpful and friendly. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. They also took us to the port by car.
