Very neat and clean apartment with great views of the lake and lovely, expansive grounds. Has all facilities for self-catering and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Washing machine in basement with drying racks also very convenient. After staying in hotels with meals provided it was nice to cater for ourselves, plus cheaper too. -

Gabriella really bent backwards for us. We arrived really late and she organised for us to pick up the key and access the apartment. The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location right in pretty village of San Felice del Benaco so can walk to cafes etc.Small supermarket opposite. Super bakery just around corner. We had lovely apartment with outside terrace with beautiful view and very clean. Ellie very helpful and attentive. Pool area stunning.

Fantastic place with superb view of the lake from the end of garden area. Nice swimming pool, ideal place for cooling down after a walk in the hills. Accommodation was luxurious and the food was divine! Great camping facilities also. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break! -
