Owned by a lovely family, who made us feel very welcome and are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

We loved the hotel from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk is exceptional. Our room had a balcony with double doors which we rarely closed so we could hear the surf. The furnishings were "simple elegance". Everything was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was a feast and the coffee order was immediately taken and served.
We would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place with great staff & dining facility. A beautiful walk to the beach through garden with flowers and fruit trees. The beach is just the right size with two restaurants and 2 shops, it is a small village with great atmosphere. The hotel had all the services and made sure that we have everything and more. Our stay in Mistral was excellent. The location is superb, the staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you. Arranged car hire for us & checked bus time tables etc. Tomas was very friendly, we had a truly brilliant 5 night stay in Elba & will definitely return at some stage! Rooms are spotless & comfortable. Lovely private balcony area
