  Location and the view. Semi-private terrace. We were helped with our bags. hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great access to beach - five min walk. Hotel is quiet, set apart with access to wi-fi and has comfy beds. Adequate storage space in room, lift. Good bath towels. Curtains effectively make room very dark at night helping a good sleep.... lo que la gente dice » - On our touring trip, Portonovo was the jewel of the Adriatic coast . Picturesque, unspoilt and very quiet (at the beginning of May at least). The hotel has a superb view over the surrounding bay and tree lined hillsides, Comfort,spacious sea view room.The continental breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

The staff was very friendly and I although I love staying in design hotels, I have to say I really liked the classic atmosphere of Excelsior La Fonte.
