Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la atencion que nos han prestado tanto Gabriela como Andrea. Cuidan mucho los detalles y estan a disposicion de los clientes para cualquier necesidad que estos tengan.
Esta muy bien ubicado: cerca de la estacion del tren, del centro de Pescara, de la playa y de la zona vieja.

Staff were very friendly and offered excelent advice on places to eat
and the local area. I had a bike with me (was racing in the 70.3) and
the owner gave us a larger room so we had plenty of space (it was huge
with a balcony). Very clean, excelent shower, comfy beds, good storage
and space. Handy location close to the old town, shops and train station
(huge cheap car park by the station) and just a short walk to the beach. -
Staff was very smily and helpful. They gave us tips about good restaurants. Room was good, bathroom clean and modern, shower not so good. Wifi worked very well. Air-conditioning.

We had trouble finding the place, but we got someone to call and the
manager came and picked us up. Although we had reserved a room with a
kitchenette, the room did not have one. However the manager let us use
the hotel's kitchen. Also he let us use his computer to get seat
assignments on the plane the next day. He gave us a discount on the room
rate since we didn't get our own kitchenette. Overall he was very
helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are only 4 rooms in
the hotel and
