We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails. He always answered promptly and was VERY informative and kind.The B&B is VERY CLEAN and it is in a PERFECT central location

  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

Also it is just in 5 min from the central Palermo street - V - The kitchen area in their apartments was very well stocked and intended for use. Many other kitchettes we have used since are more for show than for real cooking. The room is big with a lovely tiled floor and flowing curtains. There is a lot of room for the money you pay for it.
