The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff...we felt they really took an interest in us. Very handy situation...next to Piazza Municipio...handy for knowing when to jump off the bus! Hotel is run by a lovely family who do everything they can to help you and make you feel welcome. Very nice rooms - cleaned every day with fresh towels, fridge and air con. Breakfast was great - cappucino, cereals, pastries, fruit etc. This hotel is extremely good value for money and although the area near the train station is a little seedy, we always felt safe at the hotel and it is great to be so near to the Circumvesuviana for trips to Pompeii/Ercolano etc. Highly recommended.
