The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access).
Good value for money and a nice place to stay when planning to be outside all day.

The hotel is located very close to the Central Rail Station, which makes it very easy to get to Pompei or Sorento. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here.
There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote

The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. This is such a lovely place to stay. When we planned to stay in Naples and travel to Capri, sores to Pompeii from there we were a bit nervous as we were told by many many people that Naples is not a very safe city, and to some extent it is true.
