The staff was helpful for finding places to go and things to see, and they spoke english well, always a plus. Tasteful decoration, landscaping, views, cleanliness, proximity to Florence. Nothing, it was beautiful and spotless. Difficult access by a network of roads at night, GPS recommendable.
