We stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the city of Parma. Since we are a familly of 4 we had a four beds room which was a quite big room. The room was clean and functionel. The location was excellent, very close to a nice local shopping street and nice restaurants. We also appreciated the breakfast. A lot of variety and nice service. The lady who was serving the breakfast was very helpful. If we ever come back to Parma, we will stay again at this hotel.

The location was fantastic - walking distance to all Parma's attractions plus between 2 of Parma's main shopping streets. The room (suite) was huge with a great bathroom and a small kitcnette. It was our first visit to Parma and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is perfect.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.
My husband left some favourite clothing behind when we left Parma. Vittorio emailed us and then arranged for a courier to deliver it to us in Rome.
We will definitely stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati on our next visit to Parma.

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 3 nights. This is a wonderful B&B. The room was spacious and comfortable. Elena thought of everything. We had everything we needed in our rooms. There was a fabulous claw foot tub in the bedroom - really romantic. I know we were in Italy but it felt like we were staying in an amazing french country side farmhouse. Just lovely.
