I liked the friendly welcome by the staff Who helped me settle into the room and my things into the ski room. I found Syeda the barman very helpful , friendly and his spoken English was very useful.
The breakfast was delisious.
The room was clen and comfortable.
The location to the ski slopes the shops and cafes was ideal.
I really enjoyed my stay

The cleaning staff were excellent and the supply of towels and toiletries was generous. -
The location of the hotel was excellent. You are able to park the car in a carage, but you have to pay for that (10 €/day). The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits as well.

The staff was very helpful, especially in the restaurant and the shuttle drivers. Breakfast was amazing with the freshness and choices and the dinners when we ate in were too. We chose a suite and that was nice for two people. The heating was good and the room was comfortable -

Great hotel; friendly/helpful staff/owners, very comfortable and fantastic food. Has all the facilities you need for a skiing holiday and I cannot repeat enough how nice and helpful all the staff were; everyone had a (genuine) smile on their face. There must be something in the water at Madonna!
