  Me gusto el area muy verde como una campina, la atencion acogedora. - Lovely Roman house. Felt a safe area. Better than some large hotels in other areas.We were supplied with breakfast, had milk and water on arrival. Always plenty of hot water. Close to St Peters Square, etc. Lovely garden. Roberto is really helpful and the place is beautiful. It is like a villa. Nice furniture, fully equipped (kitchen is incl. tea, sugar, coffee, cutlery, etc. they have ironing board ready, tv, aircon, even a garden where you can sit around and relax.) Location is super near the Vatican City. Value for money is great!

  The area is great, though close to Vatican, still very local and friendly with local people around, shops and restaurants/pizzerias. Just 10 minutes to Vatican entry, about 7 minutes to metro, around 25 to Termini by metro. The staff is splendid and always happy to help and consult or assist.   It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

  Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. Our pension was just 1/2 block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum so we - Everything about this B&B was perfect. - Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot). - The owner is very friendly. - The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony. - Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone. - Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.
