Very nice buffet breakfast. I could communicate with the staff in English. Staff were very ready to assist. My luggage was kept safe for me after checking out until I was ready to leave late in the evening after my program in Rome.

Well designed, relatively big rooms with clean and comfortable bathroom. Constant menu which can be boring after some days. But I recommend this hotel as a base for sightseeing. It is 5 minutes walk to Vatican. -

The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there.
The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms
(I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and
the hotel was really close to some good restaurants. Me and my
girlfriend were there on Valentines Day and I asked the receptionist to
do something with my bedroom while we were away, he arranged for a

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and beautiful, although somehow small rooms.
Adequate breakfast buffet but without huge variety.
Excellent location in a very beautiful and quiet, rather rich, neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican, with Metro and bus stops near by.
We had an inner room, with no window toward the street, which was quiet. The absence of a view I guess it was balanced by the absence of street noise.
Fair cost - quality realationship for about 60€ per nigh

The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great.
Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat

Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. Service, room and breakfast are good.

The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.
