We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The location is fantabiolous!! Without a doubt everything is a walking distance. You'll never need to ride the metro except for the Vatican and maybe the Colessium. The rest is just around the corner.
The toilets are very clean and although the towels look like table sheets and also feels like one, they do a great job.

The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.
