Tiene una situación buena ya que esta al lado de la renfe y de la plaza de Roma y cuando llegas no tienes que cojer vaporeto ni callejear. - la situacion del hotel, he viajado varias veces a venecia en estos ultimos años y siempre me he alojado en èl.

I rented 2 apartments, both were on the top floor of a former palace.
Both were incredible. Well furnished, very clean and orderly. The
location could not have been better. Less than 1/2 block from the
Vaparetto stop, within walking distance of San Marco, shopping,

Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.

I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time.
-the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes
- the location was excellent
- that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

We loved our stay at Morante Apartment in Cannaregio Venice. It was in a wonderful position very close to the train station with the canal at our doorstep; There was also a park very close(great for the kids): We had a great coffe shop outside the main gate and there was a bakery, supermarket, fish market and fruit shop very close by. I mixed up the dates of our booking & arrived 1 day earlier than my actual check in date. The staff, claudia, was very helpful & polite in allowing me & my family to check in early without charging anything extra - as we were making our way to venice from milan. The apartment was large & comfortable & quite central to everything. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable & accommodating our early check in!

Met as arranged at Rialto Water bus stop.We stayed at a one bedroom apartment near Rialto bridge (can sleep 2 more on comfy sofa bed). Apartment had 2 bathrooms and a luggage storage area as well as fully equiped kitchen, with tea/coffe,milk and snacks.
