The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!

Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. They offer the guests free snack like coffee, cakes, biscuits etc. for whole day), Very quiet and bright room with the roof window. Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not).
Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

Rooms are new and well designed. There is a kitchen you can use and all the neccessary things for cooking.
Breakfast is served in rooms.

Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.
