This apt. was in the perfect spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). The apartment was very central for easy access to all the sights in Rome
-about 20 minute walk to St. Peters Sq. In the Vatican - choice of
restaurants and bars in the area of Trastevere was very good. Our apt
was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the
facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite
being located in a busy area.

Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking
distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom
are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different
choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and
location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours
bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters
away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

El primer día llegamos muy tarde, casi a las diez de la noche y estaba
el personal del hotel esperándonos, muy amables en todo momento. El
desayuno esta bien para el precio del hotel, te dejan bollería y

Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. -
The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the vatcan walls, you can
even see the top of the St. Peter's Basilica from certain rooms.
The hotel is small but the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is
very pleasant.

The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design
and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.
