My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station.
The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. We will definetly stay here again and highly recommend BB Matisse!

We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. The room has a fridge and a TV with nearly endless channels in different languages. Outside the room is a kitchenette which can be used for self-made meals or coffee.

B & B Roma, was everything we expected. Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Being in a courtyard the apartment was so quiet at night which made a great sleeping place. A small useful shared kitchen was available, we made sandwiches for lunch each day to keep
