Sergio is an excellent host. Upon our arrival, he has map of Rome to give to you and shows you where to go and how to get there. The location is close to the train station and metro. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. First would be value for money.
Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us.
Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.

It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City.
The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.
