Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. Las instalaciones del hotel. Es un hotel nuevo con todas las comodidades. El servicio es también excelente. Se encuentra a 10 min en bus del centro de la ciudad, pero es muy cómodo el desplazamiento. Tiene un supermercado al lado mismo del hotel y parking privado por sólo 10 Euros la noche, normalmente en la ciudad cuesta mucho más. - Nos alojamos

Las habitaciones son amplias, el apartamento muy confortable y el personal muy agradable y servicial. En comentarios de otras personas la principal queja era el ruido pero en el nuevo edificio había un silencio total.
