The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't
be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is
overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very
personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close

The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best
service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special
event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location
is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Would stay
here again for sure. -

The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the
Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good
restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the
museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are

I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. I had a facial and a manicure and it was real luxury. The suite is very close to the Vatican and the Metro and ideal for travel to all the tourist sites. Restaurants in the immediate area are very reasonable and I would recommend any fish dishes on any of the menus. Remember to bring a comfortable pair of shoes and forget the Metro the first few days and enjoy the walks through the colourful streets -

Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.
