  This is the best area I have tried in Rimini - absolutely brilliant quiet location next to Viale Principe Amedeo with all beautiful villas, yet close to the restaurants and bars on the main tourist streets - but good thing is you don't have to listen to them all night. A few minutes walk to the beach, not far away from train station/center either ... lo que la gente dice » (you can easily walk there). Very friendly staff, pets are welcome, WiFi in rooms works and is free. Would absolutely return here, totally fell in lov - Good location close to the beach(about 5 min walk) and rail station (15 min walk). About 30 min walk to historical center. Nice sun terrace on the last floor.

  Cuando llegas y ves el hotel por fuera, parece realmente el hotel quehas elegido para hospedarte. Eso es lo único bueno - Service is excellent, rooms at the Residenza is better then the main hotel - Great entrance.. people were very very friendly.. hotel is near the beach (though sooo foggy we couldnt enjoy it) and food was delicious

  We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms were all of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly and really looked after us. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with a group of friends and the staff made it for us. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.
