  We were traveling with my 3 sisters and family. The group of 4 rooms was excellent. The only slight problem was their computer initially processing payment. The rooms are nice and private bathrooms a pleasure (since in the past we shared bathrooms to get a lower rate). The location is awesome. All-in-all we would definitely recommend--especially if you do not need - the location is great, walking distance to historic center, trevi fountain, spanish steps, etc. it's right next to the metro station (Barberini) which provides easy access from/to the airport. easy bus travel to colosseo. since it's right on the piazza, it can get really noisy, but the windows are sound proof, so we didn't have any problem with sleeping when the windows were closed. breakfast is offered in a café right accross the street. breakfast is average, but the personnel of the café is q

  Esta muy bonito, todo es nuevo, esta comodo y bien decorado, acabados finos y bonitos tanto en el cuarto como en el bano. Te llevan el desayuno al cuarto a la hora que tu pidas y la ubicacion es excelente asi como el dueno del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos a conocer Roma, ademas nos regalo una noche en la suite que estaba divina y enorme... lo que la gente dice » . - Al ser un BandB es más acogedor que un hotel. La ubicación es totalmente centrica, la limpieza, la amabilidad, el desayuno. Todo es nuevo, la habitación y el baño y todo muy bien. He estado en otros hoteles en Roma y ninguno se puede comparar a este.

  Este es un concepto un poco extraño, resulta que el propietario tomó un apartamento y lo convirtió en un pequeño hotel (creo que 4 o 5 habitaciones). Por ello no hay recepción, lobby ni nada de eso, es tan solo una pequeña oficina y las habitaciones.   Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them bec - Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water .   Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.
