Also breakfast was very nice. I liked the fact that everything was in order, carefully placed. Staff who is preparing the breakfast dedicates time.   This was the best place I stayed at in Europe. It was brand new, extremely clean with luxury bed, sheets and tv. The bathroom was huge and brand new. The location was great and the hosts Ivo and Anastacia were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great too.   The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. To top it all off, our room had A/C and a bathroom with a big, clean show - The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The room had A/C and was clean, the bathroom was big and very nice. You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :)

  Roberta is very friendly and a great help with information. Location is excellent, hospitality, services and friendliness of this property absolutely to be recommend - We liked the quirkyness of the Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. After initial booking in, we were left to come and go as we please.
