  The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great, about 8 minuts by walk to the Coloseum, also price was fair.

  Mrs. Elza was so nice to us at check-in! She allowed us to check in early, at 10:00 and have us a handy map of the city, as well as tips.   We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located right next to the Termini Railway Station, so it's a great location for those who wish to see more of Italy than just Rome. Staff do not speak very good English but as we didn't really have any problems to deal with, it did not bother us. They are extrem - This place is right by the Termini train station making arriving to and from the airport super easy. It is also walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Close to the metro, this makes access to other parts of Rome easy as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood as I am always somewhat concerned when I stay near a train station. However, this was not an issue as the neighborhood was fine and actually far less touristy than others in Rome. Room was clean and staff friendly,

  The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. - excellent location, nice staffs, nice wifi , i love the smile of the old lady owner !
