The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. La ubicación. - I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
