We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available
