The staff was perfect. I was met by the owners of the hotel, they were extremely attentive with me and contributed to my perfect stay in Roma. Besides, he hotel is new, it is near metro station and Vatican area. I loved it!

We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor.
